Team is back together

Also just wanted to update everyone on our kitchen situation.

We had a 2 man team that was together for 15 years that produced the best taste quality we’ve had. Then one of the chefs moved out of state and we’ve been trying other chefs over the years, but none have stuck. Then my father had heart problems and had to retire as well which left us with 2 chefs who weren’t familiar with our style of cooking and our quality dropped.

Long story short, the chef that left has returned. One of the replacements decided to leave, and my father is back in the kitchen cooking part time and full time supervising. So the original Great Wall team that brought us our most success is back. I’d definitely take advantage of this, nobody that has come through was able to get it right like my Dad. Try some of my personal favorites like chicken salad, sizzling rice soup, lemon chicken, prawns with walnut, salt baked spare ribs, or hunan beef. You’ll see me eating them every time.

Most of our customers have been eating with us for 10+ years. They’ve watched me grow up since I was in elementary school. I am now 25 and working full time in Mountain View. We’ve seen your families grow as well, it’s truly a humbling experience. And our new friends as well, thank you for your support all these years!
